The hotel is in a fantastic location in the center of Groningen, with good soundproofed windows and a very modern interior. The rooms were in top condition and exactly as shown in the pictures, but the AC unit was pretty noisy. The hotel offers a kind of Japanese-inspired, minimalistic design in the rooms, which were very comfortable and extremely clean. While the lack of a separated area for the bath and shower might be a drawback, bringing your own hairdryer is recommended for a better experience overall.
I had a mixed experience at the hotel. The rooms, though a bit tight, were well-designed, practical, and very comfortable, plus the market's side location was convenient. The service, especially from Jelle, was super friendly and top-notch. The hotel's central location made sightseeing easy, though the hotplate fat at the dispensing bar was a minor inconvenience.
